Checked online for appointments but none were available until the next day but had to stop by an ask if service was possible. All repairs were done quickly and close to the estimated price.

I have a 2024 Sierra hd pick up, have only 27,000 miles on the tires, I came in to complain about the low mileage, high wear, on the tires. The tread wear in on the wear bars. Jake said he'd try to find more of a discount. He said there is no other compensation available. I asked for a total price for for a new set. Nothing. Although I really didn't want another set that will wear out in another with such low mileage, I was willing to consider your tires.

I met with Steve immediately the morning after my 2023 vehicle was towed to the dealership. I needed transportation to get my kids back to the airport that same morning. Steve begin taking care of the issue immediately with getting me back into suitable transportation. He kept me up to date every step of the way with the most current updates regarding my vehicle. However, I received info for the repairs needed. It wasn’t what I was expecting cost wise. I expressed my concerns to Steve. He was very understanding to my position and decided to go a bit further and investigate the matter a bit more. When he called me back with even greater news, I was taken back at how he resolved a huge problem for me immediately. He didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did. This burden was lifted and such a great relief to me. I’m very thankful to Steve, his quick action and excellent customer service. It was very easy to schedule my appointment. The mechanic was able to figure out the problem immediately and my car was repaired. Jake was the person I dealt with. He also let me know that I was due for a routine maintenance service so that was also done during this visit, rather than having me make an additional appointment. Good service and prompt. Wasn’t happy about how much they charged to install a cabin air filter but the tech was really nice.

They worked hard to find the problem. However, I should not have had to pay a $100 deductible on a tailgate problem that was part of a recent recall on trucks like mine. I plan to appeal the chatge.

I have a $80k vehicle and was told I need to spend $1,650 to repair the retractable running board. This vehicle has been a problem from the first day I got it. I also contacted a sales person to see if I could trade it in for a new vehicle and have not heard back from them?

I went to the dealership to pick up a set of locking lug nuts that were on back-order for my new Acadia, and also to get a full set of floor liner mats. I was impressed at how quickly the work was done, and the floor mats were even installed. I couldn’t be more pleased!

My 2018 GMC Acadia was seen twice in the past 2 weeks for a gasket leak and an A/C issue. Al Serra's service staff are true professionals. My Service Specialist, Sara Bommarito, is a wonderful representative of Al Serra GMC. For both issues Sara set up loaner vehicles for my wife to drive and she made every part of what is a painful experience with having your vehicle in the shop, a better, less stressful, time. You can really tell she cares about the customer to help them get their vehicle in and out of the repair shop as quickly as possible. My only complaint is not with Al Serra or any of their staff but with how many times our Acadia has been in need of repairs. For how expensive these vehicles cost, GM needs to build better quality vehicles!

I was called at 12:45 by Jennifer. She said it was $1350 for my repair and that it takes 7 hours to complete because it was so complex and that they would t be able to fix it that day because it takes so long. I was contacted 2.5 hours later saying my car was done and ready for pick up. I paid the cost which was over $1400, not $1300 and when I got home I saw that the actual part was only $130! I know you quote costs according to the repair and labor. But to charge me over $600/hour for labor is unbelievably wrong. I feel extremely taken advantage of in this situation. I have brought my car to you 3 times in the last few months and cannot believe you guys did this to me.

Prompt, friendly and professional service from start to finish on a trade in and new vehicle lease. The Buick Envision is the nicest fit and finish vehicle I have ever driven. Ian Thompson was knowledgable, responsive and took care of every detail!

When we got back, he set up courtesy transportation for me, processed the paperwork and promised to keep me updated, which he did. I appreciate the help of the salesman however what I don’t like is the sales advertised and when you get there it’s always a different price. I have been purchasing from this dealership for over 30 years except for 2022. I went with a different dealership because the vehicle that the salesman said would be in before my mileage was used up didn’t happen and I didn’t want to pay for any overage. Now I am back and I have to break in a new salesman. Man I miss my old salesman.

Was charged just under $400 to fix my truck and it did not get fixed. Seems like with all the computer there are to read a vehicle it could figure out what's wrong. Will see if it's made right or I just have to keep paying for stuff until they finally figure it out. The recall I also had was taken care of promptly.

This was a mixed experience! I requested tire rotation, and oil change! Rep recommended replacing cabin air filter, upon seeing it I agreed! All services were completed and off I went, happy with such quick service! Got up the following morning and was confused as to why the check engine light stayed on. I called them and advised of the situation. They weren't able to see me until the next day. Luckily I don't drive alot and with just reaching 52K in miles after 3 years, I hoped it was nothing major! The rep ran the code for what was happening, and advised me of multiple things that could cause said issue. A brief while later, he reappeared and advised I was ready to go! It was such a simple goof...oil dipstick wasn't pushed in completely! I was so relieved! But what really impressed me was his sincere apology and transparency in how issue was resolved. I've heard horror stories about unnecessary car repairs. I am thankful, this was not the case!

Sales person was great. However my new Terrain’s turbo failed Les than 24 hours after I picked it up. It has been sitting back at the dealership. I was sold a defective vehicle. I am not happy. I have asked for my options. Al Serra needs to make this right. This would be the 6th vehicle our family has purchased from Al Serra. Likely the last if I am forced to keep a vehicle with a significant defect.

Another good experience. Routine maintenance item (diesel fuel filter). In and out smoothly. Had a pleasant interaction with Gidget at the service desk concerning GM's TTPMS sensors for towing (reports tire pressures and TEMPERATURES to the information center). She spoke with the help center and we found out the system can handle up to 5 triple axle trailers. This system already saved our wooden boat on a long haul (blown inner seal on a trailer tire), so I'll be adding it to all our trailers. GM should promote the advantages of this system. Anyone that tows a boat or trailer on long hauls needs this peace of mind and real-time monitoring of every wheel. Even lets you see if the load is properly balanced by uneven heating on multi-axles setups!

I already submitted an excellent review, but in case it didn't go through! I brought my newly leased 2025 Preferred Buick Enclave in for a vibration that I could detect, but which cause severe pain for my daughter, who suffers from a neurological condition. She is my main passenger, and I love the car, so I was really hoping to get an answer to a problem that seemed elusive at best. I worked with Jacob in service. I have worked with him before. He is helpful, knowledgeable, skilled and customer oriented. Bringing something as difficult to detect as a vibration frequency is a lot to ask. He test drove the car with me, and added information to the intake comments for the mechanics. What they found was not a huge thing, something with the alignment, but they checked everything thoroughly, and even did a test comparing it to other similar 2025 enclaves on the lot. I am delighted to say that my daughter is now able to drive comforably in the car. I have been happy with Al Serra in every area over more than a decade of leasing buicks from the Regal sedan to the Enclave. I am very satisfied with service that made a difference. The advisor wrote it up and got it done in a reasonable time frame.

This is why I don't like surveys - having to verbalize my experience getting a tire rotation.

Brian Pullen was my salesman. He wasn't pushy. He answered my questions and found cars that fit my desires. I was planning on leasing in the next week, but he found a perfect deal and completed that day.

I brought my vehicle in to have the super CRUZ serviced. It doesn’t work! The answer from the service tech is that General Motors is supposed to come out with a fix. In the meantime, it just doesn’t work. The service tech gave me a phone number to call GM Which I did. From what I can tell on star doesn’t work. I’m now stuck on an online/phone call loop. I don’t believe your service folks did their job.

We arrive 30 minutes early for our appointment. The service rep was accommodating and professional.

Our sales represent for the last 12 years has been Tim MacDonald. He has always done an excellent job for us. I had read that Costco had a discount from Ted Wenzel. Tim matched that discount which I was glad because I really didn’t want to leave the Serra dealership. I knew we are treated well there. I needed a car shipped to California Tim offered to check on his end to get a price for me.

One of the best service I received in a while from taking my vehicle to the dealership. The vehicle went in for rear brake pads replacement and a check engine light. Staff was very thorough and ensuring I know what is happening throughout the whole process. I didn’t expect to be there for about 5 hours but everything was fix and working as it should. Thank you for addressing my truck issue and ensuring that I am only replacing the parts I needed during this visit.

My Service Rep was Great. But I got my Truck back smelling like burnt oil. I drove it to work the next day and I had a Guest and we smelled burnt oil the whole way to work. It was EMBARRASSING. Did know if it was the Plug, Filter or something else. Had to bring it back to have the problem fixed and cleaned up the Spilled oil. That was a poor showing to say the least. And had to take time off to get it fixed. SMH -AB

The only thing that really bothered me was I was told my 2025 Evista was a "Demo", with 3,7000 miles, saving me $2,000. This was fine, then after accepting this vehicle, was told it just came back from the body shop.....???? Was told a DEER hit it, really??? This should have been pointed out FIRST. I asked which door the DEER hit, she didn't know. My friends husband also works there, and I told her about this, she will have him look into this. It's too late now, I OWN the car!!! :(

I was excited to be able to be serviced the very next day I dropped off my vehicle. I rolled in a few minutes past closing time and was greeted very friendly by all of the staff. I received a call early the next day with a complete diagnosis and quote. I was able to pick my vehicle up by 2:30 the following day. While I dislike the Used car and Chevy sales team at this complex, GMC Service has been AMAZING to me. My service advisor was GREAT!!!

I made an appointment to get specific brand new tires, when I arrived at the appointment I was told the tires were not in stock and were enroute. So I had to come back the next day, not a big deal but a phone call would have prevented this. The tires were a really good deal but I had to ask for pricing to make sure the quote lined up. The tires were installed quickly but they forgot to program one of the tpms sensors so I had to go back in and an advisor fixed that. He was apologetic for the mistake. If the tech missed the dash displaying zero pressure on a tire it makes me wonder if the lugnuts were torqued to spec and other details were missed. It seems the tires are balanced and pressure is holding.

Came in on a drop in basis due to a bolt in my tire. Was taken right away and was complete within 1/2 hour.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation, or so I thought. I didn't need the tire rotation, but if they hadn't told me, I could have been paying for a service that I didn't need. I really appreciate their honesty. Also, I couldn't get my new phoned paired with my car and they did it and showed me how it is done. This is the only place I take my car.

Very warm reception, all work was outlined and explained very clearly. Work was completed promptly as expected. The service manager went above and beyond expectation by explaining several important issues and potential problems that come with owning diesel engines. And the service manager made sure we knew how to contact him personally if he have any issues with the truck. Very impressive first visit to Serra GMC!

I went into the Subaru dealer to test drive an ascent.. it didn’t fit my needs and Kyle Fritzschling anticipated this and hooked me up with some other options that I really never explored. I ended up with the perfect vehicle ! I so appreciated Kyle listening to my exact needs !

I was disappointed. 1. Said it pulled to the left, guessing front end alignment. I felt someone should've driven the Acadia first. The price was appropriate. 2. My back up lines and mirror lights are not coming on, possibly I pushed a button, I don't know, again no one drove the Acadia, abd simply said it would take til Monday. How did that person know, is there an issue with this model or is this the standard. 3. On a personal note. This is the first car Ive purchased from a dealership, I really don't see an advantage. Which bums me. 4. I liked my salesman, store, coffee. Once I was there I can see how busy it is, but surely a simple drive truly could've corrected alot. Now I guess, hope these computer things are warranted., ive to figure out how to get there again... 5. Thank you. Im usually just take it on the chin kinda gal. But you asked

My wife and I arrived at Al Serra Buick specifically because interested in purchasing a Buick envista. When we arrived we were greeted by Austen. He listened to us and quickly located a vehicle to test drive. After driving the the envista we realized that it just wasn’t a comfortable vehicle, specially the seating. We are in our vehicle long hours and lots of miles. Austen offered us alternative vehicles and we took an Encore gx sport for a ride. The comfort we were looking for was there. We choose the vehicle color and options and Austen had one on hand the next day. We picked it up two days after our initial visit. The paperwork was completed quickly and we were on our way. We were very satisfied with our experience and appreciated the help that Austen gave us.
