It was very easy to schedule my appointment. The mechanic was able to figure out the problem immediately and my car was repaired. Jake was the person I dealt with. He also let me know that I was due for a routine maintenance service so that was also done during this visit, rather than having me make an additional appointment. I did not have to wait at all when I picked my car up. The dealership was clean and everybody was friendly.

My 2018 GMC Acadia was seen twice in the past 2 weeks for a gasket leak and an A/C issue. Al Serra's service staff are true professionals. My Service Specialist, Sara Bommarito, is a wonderful representative of Al Serra GMC. For both issues Sara set up loaner vehicles for my wife to drive and she made every part of what is a painful experience with having your vehicle in the shop, a better, less stressful, time. You can really tell she cares about the customer to help them get their vehicle in and out of the repair shop as quickly as possible. My only complaint is not with Al Serra or any of their staff but with how many times our Acadia has been in need of repairs. For how expensive these vehicles cost, GM needs to build better quality vehicles!

I was called at 12:45 by Jennifer. She said it was $1350 for my repair and that it takes 7 hours to complete because it was so complex and that they would t be able to fix it that day because it takes so long. I was contacted 2.5 hours later saying my car was done and ready for pick up. I paid the cost which was over $1400, not $1300 and when I got home I saw that the actual part was only $130! I know you quote costs according to the repair and labor. But to charge me over $600/hour for labor is unbelievably wrong. I feel extremely taken advantage of in this situation. I have brought my car to you 3 times in the last few months and cannot believe you guys did this to me.

When we got back, he set up courtesy transportation for me, processed the paperwork and promised to keep me updated, which he did. I appreciate the help of the salesman however what I don’t like is the sales advertised and when you get there it’s always a different price. I have been purchasing from this dealership for over 30 years except for 2022. I went with a different dealership because the vehicle that the salesman said would be in before my mileage was used up didn’t happen and I didn’t want to pay for any overage. Now I am back and I have to break in a new salesman. Man I miss my old salesman.

Was charged just under $400 to fix my truck and it did not get fixed. Seems like with all the computer there are to read a vehicle it could figure out what's wrong. Will see if it's made right or I just have to keep paying for stuff until they finally figure it out. The recall I also had was taken care of promptly.

This was a mixed experience! I requested tire rotation, and oil change! Rep recommended replacing cabin air filter, upon seeing it I agreed! All services were completed and off I went, happy with such quick service! Got up the following morning and was confused as to why the check engine light stayed on. I called them and advised of the situation. They weren't able to see me until the next day. Luckily I don't drive alot and with just reaching 52K in miles after 3 years, I hoped it was nothing major! The rep ran the code for what was happening, and advised me of multiple things that could cause said issue. A brief while later, he reappeared and advised I was ready to go! It was such a simple goof...oil dipstick wasn't pushed in completely! I was so relieved! But what really impressed me was his sincere apology and transparency in how issue was resolved. I've heard horror stories about unnecessary car repairs. I am thankful, this was not the case!

Another good experience. Routine maintenance item (diesel fuel filter). In and out smoothly. Had a pleasant interaction with Gidget at the service desk concerning GM's TTPMS sensors for towing (reports tire pressures and TEMPERATURES to the information center). She spoke with the help center and we found out the system can handle up to 5 triple axle trailers. This system already saved our wooden boat on a long haul (blown inner seal on a trailer tire), so I'll be adding it to all our trailers. GM should promote the advantages of this system. Anyone that tows a boat or trailer on long hauls needs this peace of mind and real-time monitoring of every wheel. Even lets you see if the load is properly balanced by uneven heating on multi-axles setups!

I already submitted an excellent review, but in case it didn't go through! I brought my newly leased 2025 Preferred Buick Enclave in for a vibration that I could detect, but which cause severe pain for my daughter, who suffers from a neurological condition. She is my main passenger, and I love the car, so I was really hoping to get an answer to a problem that seemed elusive at best. I worked with Jacob in service. I have worked with him before. He is helpful, knowledgeable, skilled and customer oriented. Bringing something as difficult to detect as a vibration frequency is a lot to ask. He test drove the car with me, and added information to the intake comments for the mechanics. What they found was not a huge thing, something with the alignment, but they checked everything thoroughly, and even did a test comparing it to other similar 2025 enclaves on the lot. I am delighted to say that my daughter is now able to drive comforably in the car. I have been happy with Al Serra in every area over more than a decade of leasing buicks from the Regal sedan to the Enclave. I am very satisfied with service that made a difference. I made an appointment to get specific brand new tires, when I arrived at the appointment I was told the tires were not in stock and were enroute. So I had to come back the next day, not a big deal but a phone call would have prevented this. The tires were a really good deal but I had to ask for pricing to make sure the quote lined up. The tires were installed quickly but they forgot to program one of the tpms sensors so I had to go back in and an advisor fixed that. He was apologetic for the mistake. If the tech missed the dash displaying zero pressure on a tire it makes me wonder if the lugnuts were torqued to spec and other details were missed. It seems the tires are balanced and pressure is holding.

I was disappointed. 1. Said it pulled to the left, guessing front end alignment. I felt someone should've driven the Acadia first. The price was appropriate. 2. My back up lines and mirror lights are not coming on, possibly I pushed a button, I don't know, again no one drove the Acadia, abd simply said it would take til Monday. How did that person know, is there an issue with this model or is this the standard. 3. On a personal note. This is the first car Ive purchased from a dealership, I really don't see an advantage. Which bums me. 4. I liked my salesman, store, coffee. Once I was there I can see how busy it is, but surely a simple drive truly could've corrected alot. My wife and I arrived at Al Serra Buick specifically because interested in purchasing a Buick envista. When we arrived we were greeted by Austen. He listened to us and quickly located a vehicle to test drive. After driving the the envista we realized that it just wasn’t a comfortable vehicle, specially the seating. We are in our vehicle long hours and lots of miles. Austen offered us alternative vehicles and we took an Encore gx sport for a ride. The comfort we were looking for was there. We choose the vehicle color and options and Austen had one on hand the next day. We picked it up two days after our initial visit. The paperwork was completed quickly and we were on our way. I was referred to the salesman, Gary LaMay. I left him a voicemail on a Monday, indicating what vehicle I was interested in and what time I would like to test drive. He left me a voicemail and I arrived at the designated time and drove the vehicle, I decided to test another vehicle and Gary asked if I had a color preference, he pulled around the perfect color and I was sold before I even drove the vehicle, once I drove the vehicle and was happy with it, he sent me the application and pretty much he took care of the rest of it and I picked the vehicle up on Thursday! Everything was excellent from the sale and the salesman. The prep department that cleans the car did a horrible job on the inside. The same mud that was on the interior door and ground in on the door speaker cover when I test drove it a few days earlier was still there when the car was given to me after I purchased it. The exterior was excellent. It doesn't look like they did anything on the interior.

I scheduled to have my tires replaced on a Friday morning along with the vehicle recall item for the following Tuesday morning. Upon arrival on Tuesday, my tires were not at the dealership, they were not delivered from the warehouse, and they didn't have anything on the recall? I was told the tires would be special delivered that day and could I send a copy of the recall letter? They gave me a courtesy ride to my home, where I scanned the recall letter and sent it to my advisor. He replied, their GM connection was down. Later that day I was notified that my vehicle was done and I could it pick up any time before 5:00 PM. When I arrived at the dealership, they would have to order the recall item, and they'll call me to have it corrected when it arrives.

The service experience at Al Serra today was unacceptable. Despite having an appointment, I was ignored by several available staff members and only received help after a salesperson from another department stepped in. He was in the middle of a huddle with other colleagues learning about a new vehicle on the lot by the way. So that gentleman went out of his way to help me out. I did not get his name. Seeing other customers greeted immediately while I was overlooked suggests a double standard in your customer service. Angel was the young lady who assisted me with my appointment.

Brought 2026 GMC Terrain in for Service Driver Assist System and Bicycle Detection System Unavailable messages. Technician focused on front radar sensor. Washed vehicle, cleared codes. and stated it's a known problem and GM is working on a fix. Drove home and same warnings still pop up. Spent the several days confirming that the front radar detectors work (using adaptive cruise and observing the vehicle distance indicator) and the rear radars do not work (no warning when I'm backing up when vehicles are approaching behind me. I am now back at Al Serra, and another advisor is assigning the work to the same technician without reporting my findings.

I have a 2024 GMC 2500. The oil change went fine, but they never greased any of the grease fittings. I was told to come back. The point is I shouldn’t have to come back. It should be done right the first time.

My experience is two-fold. My experience with my advisor Blake was a 5-star as it always is, Blake is always willing to keep me informed and work with me for the best solution to my service issues. My experience with the department would be a 1 or 2-star. I had an appointment for Monday, February 16th (unfortunately, had to drop it off on Thursday February 12th because the horn would not stop going off). They took the truck in and parked it outside and disconnected the battery. When I checked on it later in the week (it had still not been looked at), the hood was unlatched and all of the doors were left unlocked sitting outside at the dealership. After numerous phone calls, my truck was finally looked at on Thursday afternoon, February 19 and a diagnosis was made on Friday, February 20th. I am very disappointed in the time it took to even look at the vehicle and assess the issue even with having an appointment scheduled.

I pulled in someone told me that someone would be right with me. So i took a seat and waited. Two or three other cars pulled in and get help immediately while I sat there and watched. Then finally someone asked me if I was helped and someone finally helped me when I had an appointment at 8:50am by 9 I was helped.

i sent my car for service. one tire was leaking and examination found a nail in the sidewall. agent tried to sell us a new tire. when told that, he refused to help us any further. Not used to that kind of service from Al. Larry

It took over 3 months to get my car back from repairs, they kept missing things and had to keep ordering more things because they “missed it” or “didn’t notice it needed that part”. Even when i picked up my car when it was FINALLY ready, i was sent to 3 different areas because nobody knew where my car was. Only giving two stars instead of zero because SHELLY was AMAZING. Extremely kind and communicative. Absolutely loved her. She was the only good part of this experience.
